Big Designer. Big Ideas.

Don’t worry. I’m not arrogant. I don’t have a big head, well…actually I do have a hard time finding hats that fit. I sort of have a hard time finding anything that fits for that matter. That will all make more sense when we meet.

Now the big ideas part, that’s true. They’re always bursting out of me. I’m the brainstorm guy, the one who likes to go way out of the box and then figure out a way to bring it back in so that idea meets the objectives. A blank slate – to take nothing, and turn it into something – that to me is the exciting part. We take that idea, shape it, mold it and watch it grow. There’s no magic serum for it – it can be hard, it can be scary – but in the end there’s that idea, turned into a thing, and ready to be set out into the world.

As designers we are communicators, educators, and students of the world. I am proud to be a big designer…with big ideas.
